You can reach us about anything related to your data by writing to calcot2021@gmail.com.

We only collect the data you give us yourself: your name and email when you check availability or make a booking, and the content of the messages you send us through the contact form or WhatsApp.

We do not collect special-category data and we do not build profiles. We do not ask for data about minors.

We process your data to handle your enquiry or your booking: the lawful basis is the performance of the contract or pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

When you write to us without a booking in progress, the lawful basis is your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

We keep booking data for as long as needed to handle the stay and to meet the legal and tax obligations that follow from it.

Contact messages that do not lead to a booking are kept only as long as needed to reply, and are then deleted.

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to calcot2021@gmail.com.

If you believe we have not handled your rights properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

We keep no mailing list and send no newsletters. We only send you transactional emails: the ones needed to handle your enquiry or your stay.
